A video from Coach Madison and one of her players Mckenna Chudy working on combining foot speed, coordination and weight transfer in both open and closed stance positions.

You can start with these very basic movements (eg. only the open stance forehand, or only the closed stance backhand) and then add on/get creative as movements become easier for the player. Once a certain movement is mastered, it’s helpful to change it up quickly to work on adaptation to new stimuli, something we deal with constantly in tennis.
